Free Citizenship Assistance
If you’re looking to apply for Citizenship. Here’s what you’ll need:
1. Valid California ID
2. Green Card: LPR Card
3. Social Security Card
4. Passport or Birth Certificate
5. Last 3 Years of Tax Returns
6. Last 5 Years of Addresses of where you have lived
7. Last 5 Years of Places where you have worked
8. Last 5 Years of Trips Outside the US for (more than 24hrs)
9. Info about your Spouse or Ex-Spouse (Name, Birthday, Place of Birth, Address, Date of Marriage and Divorce date)
10. Info about your Spouse or Ex-Spouse(Name, Birthday, Place of Birth, Address, Date of Marriage and Divorce date)
11. Info about all your kids (Name, Birthday, Place of Birth, Address, Biological or Adopted Child)
12. Any Record of Citations & Courts Cases
13.Notification of action (Medi-Cal, etc.)
