Free Citizenship Assistance
If you’re looking to apply for Citizenship. Here’s what you’ll need:
1. Valid California ID
2. Green Card: LPR Card
3. Social Security Card
4. Passport or Birth Certificate
5. Marriage certificate (If married)
6. Last 3 Years of Tax Returns
7. Last 5 Years of Addresses of where you have lived
8. Last 5 Years of Places where you have worked
9. Last 5 Years of Trips Outside the US for (more than 24hrs)

10. Info about your Spouse or Ex-Spouse (Name, Birthday, Place of Birth, Address, Date of Marriage and Divorce date) ( Do not need if you have Over 4 years and 9 months with a green card.)
11. Info about all your kids (Name, Birthday, Place of Birth, Address, Biological or Adopted Child)
12. Any Record of Citations & Courts Cases
13. Letter of verification of BENEFITS (if applicable)

 •	Tuesday 6PM–7:30PM on Zoom in Spanish.
 •	Wednesday 5:30PM–7PM at Anaheim Central Library in English only.
 •	Thursday 1PM–5PM at Anaheim Central Library (Satellite Office), and 6PM–7:30PM at Saint Matthews Church in Brea (English only) and via Zoom (Bilingual).
 •	Friday 1PM–5PM at Saint Matthews Church in Brea (Bilingual).
Appointments required for Thursday and Friday classes.
